Before you write
A few common asks — possibly faster than waiting for an email reply.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We’ll email you a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — school spam filters can be sharp.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Sign in, head to Account → Subscription, and you’ll find a cancel option there. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle, then enter a 30-day read-only window so you can save anything you need before your account is wiped.
My school wants to set up multiple teachers.
School and multi-academy plans are coming. Email us with how many teachers you have and we’ll let you know when we’re ready — and we’ll honour Charter Member pricing for the first batch.
I think a generation produced something inappropriate.
Please report it. Inside the platform, every generated piece of content has a “Report” button — or email [email protected] with the job ID and what you saw. We investigate every report and use them to improve the safety pipeline.
I have a feature request.
